KASANERU LAB — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps and related services provided by KASANERU LAB ("we," "our," "us"). By using our apps, you agree to this Policy.

1. Provider

KASANERU LAB, based in Japan.

2. Information We Collect and Process

• Settings information needed to operate the app.
• Content you enter or send through the app.
• Authentication and connection information for external services you have authorized (including tokens sent over HTTPS when required for a request).
• Content of your support inquiries and error reports (only what you choose to type).
• Technical information such as app version, device model, OS version, and language, sent when you contact support or send an in-app error report.
• Crash diagnostics: our apps do not embed third-party crash-reporting SDKs. If you have enabled Apple/OS diagnostic sharing, anonymized crash data may reach us through Apple under Apple's policies.
• Purchase verification: StoreKit / App Store Server API data such as cryptographically signed transaction payloads and transaction identifiers, used to confirm entitlement only.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve our apps.
• To save data to and integrate with external services you authorize.
• To investigate and resolve issues, and to respond to your support inquiries.
• To verify your subscription and purchase status.
• To maintain security and prevent unauthorized use.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. External Service Integrations

Our apps integrate with external services only when you authorize the connection. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. How We Treat Your Content

We do not use the content you enter or send through our apps for advertising or ad targeting, third-party tracking, or training data for AI models (including our own and third-party generative AI).

We process your content on our servers only for the duration needed to fulfill the request you initiated (for example, an API call to an external service you authorized). We do not retain your content as a long-term archive on our servers.

6. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
• Error reports submitted from the apps may be stored for a bounded period (up to approximately 180 days).
• Operational backups: we may keep encrypted rolling backups of our configuration store (for example, daily snapshots with approximately 30-day retention) for disaster recovery.
• Data stored in external services you have authorized is managed and deleted on those services according to their policies and your actions.
• To request deletion of connection information held on our servers, please use the support form.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, APPI), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export information we hold, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Please contact us through the support form.

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. No system is perfectly secure.

11. Governing Law and International Users

KASANERU LAB is based in Japan. By using our apps, you consent to the processing of your information under Japanese law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the apps or on our website.
